Savvas Dandolos - Chief Operating Officer

Savvas Dandolos is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). In May 2010, he became the Chief Officer of the Postal Business Unit at Hellenic Post and, since February 2012, he is the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. During 2003-2010, he was the Director of Strategy & Business Development for Hellenic Post. He has substantial experience on the regulatory framework and the liberalization of the postal market, having been involved in the process of developing the contents for the 3rd Postal Directive at EU level. At the same time, he was also the Project Manager of the Hellenic Post’s Sponsorship in the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. His professional career began in 1989; he has successively worked in well-known companies as Technical Services & New Projects Manager, Technical Manager & Logistics Chain Director, and Head of Sales & Marketing.

Georgios Magoulas - Chief Information Officer

He studied Business Administration in the USA, at the California State University. He holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He has completed Coca-Cola’s Leadership Excellence program at the IMD business school in Switzerland, and the executive programs on Digital Transformation Strategy and Cyber Security Strategy at MIT and Harvard University respectively. He is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology (CGEIT) and in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) by the international Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He brings many years of international experience in Digital Transformation, IT Strategic Planning, Large Projects Management, IT Performance Management, Information Systems Governance, Risk Management & Compliance, Financial Planning and Control. He has held executive positions in major organizations, such as Coca-Cola, Grant Thornton, Selonda SA etc., both in Greece and abroad.

Stelios Pagidas – Chief Commercial Officer

Stelios Pagidas holds two postgraduate degrees in Management Studies from Nottingham University, namely Diploma in Management Studies and MBA. He has been a distinguished Sales Executive, reflecting over 30 years of continual advancement, leadership experience with consistent achievements in profitable sales. Since 2001 he has held numerous head positions at international corporations, especially in the telecommunications field, displaying exceptional management skills with overall knowledge of total business operations. Having experience in multiple senior positions, such as Head of B2B Sales for Multinational Corporate Accounts at VODAFONE S.A., B2B Sales Director at OTE S.A., B2B Sales Director and B2B Customer Service Director at COSMOTE/OTE S.A., Retail Sales Director at FORTHNET/NOVA/NOVA ENERGY S.A., has led him to develop and implement successful commercial policies across all sales channels.

Vassilis Papadopoulos – Chief Financial Officer

He is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of Economics. With more than 27 years of experience in the economic field Vassilis Papadopoulos has substantial knowledge and expertise on cost accounting, product profitability analysis, investment valuation and operating expenses management. Since 2000 he has held Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager positions at multinational corporations and Greek organizations such as Benckiser Hellas Chemicals S.A. initially as a Controller for Austria, based in Salzburg for 12 months, subsequently as an Internal Audit Manager for Central & Western Europe & North America based in Amsterdam and finally as CFO of Reckittbenckiser Hellas consolidated company. He switched at TUI Hellas S.A. for nine years and then at the Sarakakis Group for four years as CFO.  Prior to ELTA SA, he was the Chief Financial Officer of AMVYX SA, the oldest, spirits import, marketing and sales company in Greece. 

Isaias Tsitoglou - General Manager Human Resources

He holds a PhD from the Department of Philosophy of the NKUA (National & Kapodistrian University of Athens), a Master's Degree from the Athens School of Philosophy and he is a graduate of the Department of Greek Culture EAP (Hellenic Open University). He also has a Management certification from EAP and has attended numerous seminars on business issues of Hellenic Post (ELTA) SA. Finally, he has a rich teaching experience both at the University of Athens and at KEK (Vocational Training Center) ELTA. His professional career in ELTA started in 1987 and he has many years of experience in management positions (such as Post Office Central Manager, Head of Distribution Unit, Director of Central Distribution Unit etc). Since March 2020, he holds the position of General Manager of Human Resources.
