Quality Management System
Continuous improvement of quality of service and environmental awareness through all activities and by all employees is considered an essential part of Hellenic Post's business plan and targets. In this direction, Hellenic Post has implemented and maintains Quality Management System in accordance with international standard ISO 9001:2015, Environmental Management System in accordance with international standard ISO 14001:2015, Business Continuity Management System according to the international standard ISO 22301:2012 as well as Management  System Health and Safety at Work international standard OHSAS 18001:2007 in the following areas of activity:    

I. Post Office Services - including Distribution of Human Use Medicinal Products for Domestic Use (see Certificates)

II. Distribution of postal items  (see Certificate)

III. Sorting of postal items (see Certificate)

IV. Provision of Hybrid Mail services (see Certificate).

V. Forwarding and finish off to inquiries, indemnities of postal items, giving solutions to the requests – claims of customers, furnishing of information to the “ELTA” services and to the customers (see Certificate).

VI. Letter Mail, Parcels and courier services. Provision of financial and insurance products (see Certificate).

The Quality Management System and the Environmental Management System are subject to biannual audits, by the Direction of Quality, and annual audits, by an independent accredited Certification Body.

Additionally, Hellenic Post owns the UPU S42 Addressing Standard Recognition Certificate, which ensures improved transit time and thus, higher customer satisfaction (see Certificate)
