  • The postal service is going through a digital transformation
  • Now, ELTA comes to your door to collect your dues.
    All you need to do is submit the relevant form online, or call us and we will contact you to schedule a visit

Now, our postmen are equipped with a PDA and a mobile printer and have become “digital” to offer better customer service to their customers.
With our new PostMate service, we can:

• Deliver the letter or package you expect from Greece or abroad to your location.
• Accept electronic signatures for your delivery (eSignature)
• Accept electronic payments directly on the PDA (for customs fees, duties, bills, and other dues).
• Notify in writing regarding an item that could not be delivered due to your absence.

With the new service, you can now settle all your dues (energy bills, water bills, traffic fees, insurance, etc.) at your location using your debit or credit card (cash payment is not available now).

All you need to do is submit the relevant form online, and we will contact you to schedule a visit.

If you have difficulty filling out the form, call us at 800-11-82000 (from a landline at 800-11-82000 (from a landline) or 212-0000-800 (from a mobile), and we will take care of your request.

Hellenic Post follows the national and EU data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Law 4624/2019, when collecting and processing personal data. You can refer to the Privacy Notice for more information on how we protect your data. The specific service is offered in most parts of the country, aiming to cover the entire country by next September. In the contact form, you can automatically check if this service is available for your postal code.

Please note that if you are not available during the PostMate scheduled visit, you will need to submit a new request.

Additionally, Hellenic Post may need to change the planned visit for operational or force majeure reasons.

Please be aware that some transactions may incur collection fees, as per the current ELTA tariff.
