    Create the labels for your postal items at your place with just a few clicks!

    Now, you have the chance to prepare, the postal items you want to send within Greece, quickly and easily, using the new app Domestic Web Labeling.

    Save time by creating labels with the new Web Labeling App, and filling in the sender's and recipient’s data at your place in a few minutes.

    Print out the labels and paste them out on the post item.

    Then, visit a Hellenic Post Branch nearby through the Hellenic Post service locations, or plan your appointment at one of the selected Hellenic Post Branches through the new service fastpost.elta.gr/

    If you don't have a printer, save the label barcode, so that you can get served at the transaction counter.

     

    Get to know the Domestic Web Labeling App

     

    Send your post in a quick, simple, and secure way, following a few steps

    • Use the App as a Guest or a Customer with an Account
    • Select a Post Service to create a label
    • Register the sender’s and recipient’s data
    • Print out the label – or save the barcode – for faster service at the transaction counter

     

    Detailed use of the App

    You can use the app as a Guest (just by entering an e-mail address) or as a Customer with an Account.  The app automatically creates an Account and provides codes of use when you select “Create a Customer Account”.

    The procedure is simple and quick!

    Enter the app, select a post service, and then start to register the data.

    The following data are registered to create the label:

    • Full sender’s data
    • Full recipient’s data (mandatory telephone number or email address, if known)
    • Content description, quantity, weight, price

    Printout option

    You can print out the label and paste it on the post item, or you can save the barcode provided to you by the App and print out the label at the Hellenic Post Branch upon delivery.

    Take a photo of the barcode with your phone in case you lose the paper slip and you need to track the status of your post item.
